Kentuckiana Allergy Joining Family Allergy & Asthma
Effective of December 3, 2018, Kentuckiana Allergy will be joining Family Allergy & Asthma.
Our offices will remain open and we will continue to care for our patients at all current Kentuckiana Allergy locations. We expect minimal changes to any appointments already scheduled as a result of this change. One of the main differences you may notice will be the name and logo change. Billing statements will also now be sent from Family Allergy & Asthma.
