You can pay your bill two ways; either through your patient portal account or by using online Quick Pay.
Several patients have reported getting text messages from an unknown number claiming to be Family Allergy & Asthma billing.
The text messages are requesting patients to click a link to pay their balance or service will be cancelled.
These messages are not from our office. Our billing department does not ask patients to click a link to pay their bill via text.
Our offices have not been impacted with a loss or breach of data.
If you have received this message, please report it as a scam to your cell phone carrier.
The patient portal allows you to access your account and pay your bill online. If you have not signed up for an account, please contact our front office at 800.999.1249 for login information.
Quick Pay – MySecureBill
Quick pay allows you to use the myEasyMatch code found on your billing statement to pay without creating an account. Simply go to the link above click “Make a payment”, enter your code, and your account will be pulled up. Then you can enter payment information.
You can also create an account on Quick pay to track your online payments and sign up for eStatements. The eStatements are only available for 36 months.
