We offer real-time online appointment scheduling, however, some doctors may not have all appointment availability listed. Call 800.999.1249 if you can’t find an appointment time that works for you.
Important Notes regarding your visit:
- NEW PATIENTS: If you take antihistamines, you must book your appointment 5 days from stopping antihistamines. Antihistamines will interfere with testing, for a detailed list, click here.
- REFERRALS REQUIRED: If your insurance requires a referral we may need to cancel your appointment until we receive one.
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany any patient under the age of 18 at the time of the appointment.
- If you require a translator for your appointment, please request when booking the appointment and share when confirming the appointment over the phone.
- Patients who cancel or no show their appointment with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a fee.
