CSL BEHRING (GREAT) AGE 12 YEARS AND OLDER (HAE STUDY)
- This is a multinational, multicenter, prospective observational cohort study of patients with HAE in the real-world setting.
- The study will include patients newly initiating garadacimab in routine clinical practice in accordance with the indication.
- Patients will be enrolled at the time of prescription of garadacimab per routine clinical practice, and the index date will be defined as the date of initiation of garadacimab (i.e., first administration).
- Each patient will be followed up to 48 months after index date (date of first administration of garadacimab). No research site visits are required.
- Patient data will be collected from the HAE diary, patient medical records and/or during a routine clinical visit.
Key Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients aged ≥ 12 years at enrollment.
- Patients with clinical and/or laboratory confirmed diagnosis of HAE.
- Patients newly initiating garadacimab.
Key Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients with a concomitant diagnosis of another form of angioedema such as idiopathic or acquired angioedema, recurrent angioedema associated with urticaria.
