Rebecca Simmel, APRN

Rebecca Simmel became a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Family Allergy & Asthma in 2023, three years after beginning with the practice as a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN). She received her Master of Science in Nursing in May 2023 at Northern Kentucky University, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Louisville.

Working in allergy and immunology since 2020, Rebecca has also worked in Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital in both the cardio pulmonary progressive care unit and the NICU. She also assisted Alzheimer’s patients in her work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Rebecca resides in Louisville, KY. She loves to travel, read, and spend time with her family and Goldendoodle.
