Leah Stewart, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Leah Stewart, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of progressive clinical experience across primary care, acute care, oncology, orthopedics, and home-based Medicare services. She has experience managing patients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and improving patient outcomes.

Leah has provided care in both in-person and in-home settings, working with complex and high-risk patient populations. She is skilled in diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams. She is also passionate about patient education and delivering high-quality, value-based care.

She sees patients at our Jasper location beginning April 6, 2026.

In her free time, Leah enjoys exploring new outdoor areas and parks, as well as interior design and creative projects. She also loves spending time with her two doodles and two Maine coons, whom she lovingly considers her “furbabies.”
