Amber Walker, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Amber Walker is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of nursing experience caring for patients in Northeast Arkansas. Most recently, she served as a Pulmonary APRN at NEA Baptist Memorial Clinic in Jonesboro, where she diagnosed and managed asthma, COPD, and other complex respiratory conditions, including treatment with biologic therapies and immunotherapy for allergy and asthma.

Her background also includes intensive care, emergency medicine, and clinical staff education. She takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care and is passionate about patient education, helping patients and their families better understand and manage their conditions.

Amber has been recognized with an AP Provider of the Year award, an AP Provider Excellence award, and a Service First Award, for which she was nominated by her patients.

Before her nursing career, Amber worked as a wildlife biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Arkansas. She lives in Paragould, just outside Jonesboro.

She sees patients at our Jonesboro, AR location.
