Jackson, TN – December 9, 2019 – Family Allergy & Asthma (FAA), a regional allergy and asthma medical practice, today announced the acquisition of Jackson Allergy & Asthma Clinic (JAAC), its board-certified allergist, Alan DeJarnatt, MD, and his team. The deal closed on December 9.
Founded by Dr. DeJarnatt in 2018, JAAC has one office in Jackson, TN on North Parkway. The company has 8 employees, including Dr. DeJarnatt, and a physician assistant, Ingrid Cantrell, who joined Family Allergy earlier this year in when Family Allergy acquired Allergy Asthma & Immunology Center in Memphis.

Dr. DeJarnatt’s practice fits right in with our focus on patient care.”
FAA will continue to provide care at JAAC’s current office at 464 N. Parkway, Suite D, though it will be rebranded under the FAA name and integrated into the practice.

The acquisition of Dr. DeJarnatt will bring FAA to a total of 31 allergists serving 43 offices in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.
