New Office Opening Spring 2022 in Radcliff, KY!
We are excited to announce that our Radcliff, KY office is officially opening on March 14th. This office is located next to the Walmart Supercenter off N Wilson Road and will serve patients in Hardin County and the surrounding areas. Our Radcliff location will offer on-site allergy shots three days a week and same-week appointments for new and existing patients.

Those with allergies in Radcliff often find the spring season especially challenging due to the increase in tree and grass pollen throughout the region, according to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Our new office will provide allergy and asthma care to patients looking for relief in the area. We also have a nearby office in Elizabethtown that is open five days a week.
Before our board-certified allergist develops a personalized treatment plan, patients will undergo allergy testing to understand which allergens their body is sensitive to. We offer a full range of allergy and asthma testing, including allergy skin testing, stinging insect testing, food challenges, and pulmonary function testing. While avoidance of allergens is best if that’s not enough to control symptoms, our doctors can recommend treatment plans including inhaled and oral medications, biologics, and immunotherapy (allergy shots).

Dr. Jason Guin joined Family Allergy & Asthma in 2003. He has a diverse medical background that includes completing three years of training in Pediatrics at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and a two-year fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Duke University Medical Center.
Dr. Stephen J. Pollard is the co-founder of the practice and also the Co-Medical Director of the Family Allergy & Asthma Research institute. Dr. Pollard is certified in both Pediatrics and Allergy & Immunology. He has been selected as one of Louisville’s Top Doctors by Louisville Magazine numerous times, as well as being named one of America’s Top Physicians on multiple occasions by the Consumer Research Council, Vitals.com, and more.
Dr. Nathan Richards joined Family Allergy & Asthma in 2012 after completing his fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Bellarmine University and the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Thomas A. Glass joined Family Allergy & Asthma in 2020 after over 15 years as a board-certified allergist. He specializes in the treatment of allergic diseases in patients of all ages, including sinusitis and immunodeficiencies.
