Clarksville, IN Office Opening; Jeffersonville, IN Office Closing

On September 13, 2016, we will be opening a new larger office in Clarksville, IN and will be closing our Jeffersonville, IN office effective September 9.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our current Jeffersonville patients.

If you have an existing appointment on or after September 13^th, we have already moved your appointment to the Clarksville office. If you are receiving allergy shots, we will be transferring your allergy vials to the Clarksville office. If you currently get shots at an office other than Jeffersonville and are interested in transferring your shot vials to the new Clarksville office, please call 800.999.1249 and choose option #3 during the automated message.

 

Allergy Shots Hours:

Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
