Novartis (RECLAIM) – Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) Study
Adults with chronic hives (CSU)
This study is evaluating an oral investigational medication compared to an injectable biologic to determine how effectively it reduces chronic hives in adults whose symptoms are not well controlled with antihistamines.
CSL Behring (GREAT) – Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) Study
Patients ages 12 and older with hereditary angioedema (HAE)
This observational, real-world study follows patients who are newly starting garadacimab as part of their routine care. No research site visits are required; information is collected from the HAE diary, medical records, and regular clinic visits.
Kymera (BREADTH) – Moderate to Severe Asthma Study
Adults ages 18–75 with moderate to severe asthma
This study is evaluating an investigational once-daily oral medication compared to placebo in adults whose eosinophilic asthma is not well controlled. It includes a 12-week treatment period, with an optional long-term extension study.
