Deborah Cox

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Deborah Cox is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with allergies, asthma, and immunologic conditions.

Deborah’s journey with Family Allergy & Asthma spans over a decade, beginning in 2011 when she completed her Certified Medical Assistant clinical training with the practice. She continued her career growth within the organization, serving as a Clinic Nurse from 2015 to 2025 before advancing to her current role as Nurse Practitioner.

Deborah earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2024. She previously completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Campbellsville University in 2016 and her Registered Nursing degree from Campbellsville University in 2014. Her clinical training includes preceptorships at Village Medical and the Lexington VA Medical Center, along with extensive hands-on experience at facilities including Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Hardin Memorial Hospital, and Springview Hospital.

Deborah is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, recognizing her commitment to excellence in nursing practice.
