New Office Opening In Centerville, OH

New Allergy Office Opening April 19, 2021!

We are excited to announce that our Centerville, Ohio office is officially opening on April 19. This office is located off interstate 675 and near Miami Valley Hospital; it serves patients in Montgomery County and surrounding areas. Family Allergy & Asthma will offer on-site allergy shots three days a week, and same-week appointments will be frequently available for new patients.

Wednesday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Closed for lunch: 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

A native of Centerville, Amy Castilano, MD, is excited to open a new office in her hometown. She joined Family Allergy & Asthma in 2017 after completing her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Castilano received her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. She then completed her internal medicine residency at the Summa Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio, before moving on to her fellowship.
