Bardstown Allergy Office Opening November 8

The “Coming Soon” banner is officially up in Bardstown, Kentucky! Family Allergy & Asthma’s new Bardstown allergy office will open on November 8; we will be closing our Lebanon, Kentucky office after November 2.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our current Lebanon patients. If you have an appointment scheduled on or after November 8 in Lebanon, you should have received a call to reschedule your appointment at our new location. If you have any questions, please call our scheduling staff at 800.999.1249.

New Office Information

Drs. Stephen Pollard, Joseph Turbyville, and Natalie Miller will see patients in our new Bardstown allergy office. This office is located in a larger space that will allow us to accommodate our growing patient population. The new location will include a shot room that will be open five days a week for allergy injections.

If you are interested in transferring your care to the new Bardstown office, please talk to one of our team members.  Similarly, if you currently get shots at another shot room and are interested in transferring your shot vials to the new Bardstown office, please call 800.999.1249 and choose option #3 during the automated message.

Wed: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Closed for Lunch: 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
