Support Staff Careers at Family Allergy & Asthma

Family Allergy & Asthma is a group of board-certified allergy and asthma specialists seeing patients in offices in Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. We recognize that patients come to us because of the limitations placed on them due to their allergic or asthmatic conditions. It is our goal to remove these limitations, to the greatest possible extent, and to give
patients their lives back.

We would not be able to give quality care without our multi-faceted support staff, which is why we are currently hiring for full-time positions for patient access, billing, vial production, call center, and more!

Patient Access Team

As a member of our patient access team, you will be a friendly and helpful presence as you check patients in and out of their appointments. You will also be responsible for collecting co-pays and deductibles, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and entering patient information into our EMR system. These team members may work in one of our clinics or in our administrative call center. Patient access coordinators keep our practice moving in a smooth and efficient manner.

Billing

Our billing team members, serve as a liaison between our patients and our practice. You will evaluate patients on treatment options while consulting their insurance plans. You will counsel patients on their benefits and copayments, while also making sure that the patient information is properly stored.

Vial Production

We would not be able to administer our allergy shots without our vial production team. Our VPA team members prepare the vials for immunotherapy and the supplies for allergy testing. This is a good position for people who enjoy lab settings or have experience as a medical tech.
