Changes to Your Dupixent® Administration
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Changes to Your Dupixent® Administration
Beginning October 1, 2025, Family Allergy & Asthma will transition all patients from in-office Dupixent® injections to at-home self-administration. This is due to insurance payor trends denying coverage of office administration following initial injection in our office.
What This Means for You:
- Your final in-office administration will be your next scheduled appointment on or after October 1, 2025
- You will receive injection training during your next scheduled appointment, and a training device will be sent home with you following your appointment
- All subsequent doses will require self-administration or administered by a loved one at home
Resources Available to Support You:
- Dupixent MyWay® Support Program – Provides free supplemental injection training:
- One-on-one nurse educator sessions (virtual or in-person)
- On-demand video tutorials
- Step-by-step written instructions
- Mobile app with injection reminders and chat support
Next Steps:
- Enroll or confirm enrollment in Dupixent MyWay® by calling 1-844-DUPIXENT (1-844-387-4936), option 1 Monday – Friday 8 am – 9 pm EST or visiting dupixentmyway.com prior to October 1, 2025
- Contact your specialty pharmacy to arrange home delivery of your medication after your in-office training has been completed
