Jane Parker Smith, APRN

Jane Parker Smith completed her undergraduate nursing degree at Purdue University. Graduate degrees of Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Adult/Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner were completed at Indiana University. Jane has worked as an NP at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, The Lafayette, IN Community Health Clinic as well as at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center prior to moving to Bloomington.
